    What is your shipping policy?

    We use USPS first class mail for all shipments.   Our minimum fee for shipping and handling is $5.00 per shipment. This fee applies to a single item purchase. For multiple purchased items that are shipped together, an additional $2.00 will be added for each additional item added to the shopping cart to cover the separate packaging and additional postage. Postage will not exceed $7.00 for regular first-class shipment. Delivery time runs anywhere from 2-5 days depending on the destination.

     

    Do you ship internationally?

    No, not currently. 

     

    What if I don’t like what I bought off the website, can I return it for a refund?

    You can return any non-custom piece for store credit, minus shipping costs and a 10% re-stocking fee. For store credit, your non-custom piece must be in its original condition and returned to us in it’s original box and packaging within 45 days of the purchase date. Please email me at karen@kbkreations to initiate your return. 

      

    Can I return a custom-made piece for refund?

    We can't refund payments on custom orders, but we want you to be happy. Please email us at sales@kbkreations.com and we'll see what we can do for you.

     

    How do I go about buying an item listed on your website?

    Each piece is a unique one of a kind item, so if you see it on the website and you want it, I suggest you purchase it sooner than later. Once an item is purchased, it will remain on the site with zero inventory availability.  When the payment has cleared, the purchased item(s) are removed from the collection and will be displayed in the Gallery section.  Please remember, each piece is as pictured on the website, and is the exact item you are purchasing. What you see in the picture is what you will be receiving. My pieces are handmade and the imperfections add to its design.

     

    I see an item in your Gallery pieces that I like. Can I get or order one of these?

    Of course!  It will be considered a custom order, and depending on supply availability, there should be no problem for me to duplicate the design for you.  If you are interested in a Gallery piece, email me at and give me the details. All custom pieces are invoiced separately.

     

    I am interested in getting custom jewelry for my wedding, how does that work?

    To initiate a custom design, please email me at sales@KBKreations.com  and include your full name and phone number in the initial email.  There are a number of questions and picture requests required for wedding and special occasion jewelry (see ‘custom jewelry’ page). All custom wedding pieces are invoiced separately. All invoices are issued thru PayPal.  Credit cards cannot be used outside of PayPal for invoices.  Checks are always acceptable.

     

    I broke one of your pieces, can I get it repaired?

    Anytime. If it is a simple repair, all you need to pay is $7.00 which just covers my return shipping and packaging costs.  If it is a complex repair, like it needs restringing, or lost beads and restringing, I can give you a quote over the phone or via email.  Just email me or call and we can discuss the repair.  Please do not ship back a broken repair item until you a repair authorization.

     

    Who will have access to my contact information?

    KBKreations respects the privacy of all our customers. No information about our customers will be shared with any third party except in the case of shipping carriers who require it for special delivery. If you signed up for the ‘just listed’ notice or any other communications, your information will not be shared or published by KBKreations.

     

    Do you charge sales tax?

    Pennsylvania sales tax will be added to PA shipping locations.

     

    I have a last-minute gift to buy, can I purchase it on the website and have it shipped directly to my recipient?

    Sure, I would be happy to help you with a rush shipment or last-minute gift.  First, call or email me to confirm I can complete your request.  If so, make sure it’s available and place your order.  Send me an email with the shipping details and recipient’s phone number.   I will special handle your order.  I do have RUSH gift services that include a personal card, gift wrapping and a KBK 'Made Especially For...' insert card. The extra gift services will be a $6.00 and shipping will be the actual shipping charges when mailed. These additional charges will be separately invoiced.

     

    Can I put in an order for multiples of the same item? 

    Absolutely!  If you see a similar item on the website, or have an idea, just email me with your general request and contact information for me to call you back or email you.  When buying gifts for an event or the holidays, please make sure you have allowed enough time for production and shipping.  Around the holidays' orders may be delayed. We will notify you if this is the case.

     

    What’s included in your ‘Gift Services’?

    Normally we ship all purchases in a cloth bag.  However, we do offer gift wrap for all our purchased pieces.  Gift wrap is an additional charge of $6.00 per piece and needs to be ordered at the same time when you purchase the piece. A jewelry bag tucked in our brown kraft box tied with a ribbon bow is perfect for any occasion! Make sure if you order multiple pieces and want them all individually gift wrapped, that you order the service for each item.
